ONLINE LICENSE
AGREEMENT Survey License Agreement for Users of All Products of Personnel Systems Corporation. The sale, use, examination, or administration of any or all of the products published and/or distributed by Personnel Systems Corporation (hereinafter PerSysCo) of Oak Brook, Illinois, is restricted to those firms and individuals licensed to do so. This agreement is required to protect the privacy and confidential nature of the materials contained in these copyrighted/trademarked products and to prevent the possibility of use by unauthorized or unqualified personnel. Acceptance of all of the terms of this License Agreement per Login at the URL; www.hr-testing.com shall be accomplished before access to interpretive materials, scoring keys or other proprietary information will be available to any person or company. IT IS AGREED THAT: All Duplication and/or Copying is Prohibited We/I the client company will not ourselves nor allow others to duplicate or copy by any means, in whole or in part, any of the materials or information from any copyrighted or trademarked published material from PerSysCo. We/I will not excerpt or allow any other person to excerpt any portion of these products for any purpose. We/I will not allow any complete or incomplete website information, survey booklets, product materials or test results to be provided to any person or organization that is not included in this license agreement. Administration According to Professional and Personnel Systems Standards We/I will administer all products purchased from PerSysCo in accordance with professional standards and ethics, practice and procedures and in accordance with the instructions in any Administration Manual, any training/operational guide or other publications from PerSysCo. We/I will keep these materials secure and disclose information ascertained through these products only to appropriate personnel. We/I understand that Surveys from PerSysCo are only designed to measure specific job-related attitudes and subjects and, along with other pre-employment activities, to assist employers in assessing, selecting and screening job candidates. Any other application or claim is not authorized and shall terminate this agreement. It is understood that Personnel Systems Corporation assumes no responsibility for the employer’s use of these products or any decision the employer makes which may violate local, state or federal law(s) or from any misuse of these products. By selling these products, Personnel Systems Corporation is not giving legal advice. This agreement may be terminated by PerSysCo at any time for non-compliance with the terms herein, (by the licensee upon return of all proprietary information), or upon the request in writing of either party.
